The clinical and radiographic findings in two cases of organizing pneumonia in children simulating pulmonary masses are presented. The clinical feature of case 1 is chest pain and dry cough only, but the case 2 shows sudden acute illness, with pulmonary symptoms and signs, responding poorly to antibiotic treatment.
